Amy Adams looks so glamorous and old school Hollywood in a fabulous, cozy looking camel coat and oversized sunglasses.
It’s certainly time to bundle up with the cold weather we’ve been having! It was 26 degrees in New York this morning. Here are a few coats similar to Amy’s. I’d add tights though, unless you happen to have car service at your beck and call as I’m sure Amy does!

Blake Lively wore an unusual look to a boutique opening in NYC last week. Her long blue shirt’s shirttails were peaking out from a colorful sequined skirt. She’s so beautiful, she can wear anything and look great!
For a similar look, I’d skip the long shirt! Here is a look from J. Crew that I think more of us can get away with!
Chambray Tuxedo Pearl Shirt, $88 paired with Sequin Mesh Bell Skirt, $128
You cant’ see them, but Blake was wearing some really cute booties. So finish off this look with a black belt (black leather bow belt, $118), black tights ($15.50) and black booties (suede platform booties, $195.
Belt – J. Crew, Boots – ROSEGOLD, Tights (not shown) – Banana Republic

Rachel Bilson was out and about in LA, ready for the rain! She paired her Hunter boots with distressed jeans and a big comfy sweater.
For a similar look, here is a wonderful wool/cashmere blend sweater from J. Crew. It looks like it would be so comfortable, almost like wearing a blanket! J. Crew Open Shawl Collar Cardigan, $118. I also really like the big pockets.
Pair with some jeans that would be easy to tuck into the rain boots, like these AG Stilt Jeans in 13 Years Destroyed, $177.75.
Here are the classic Hunter Rain Boots, $125. You can’t go wrong with these. They are the most popular rain boots!
Her bag with the interesting print appears to be a fabric shopping tote. Those are great so you don’t have to take paper or plastic bags when you’re shopping. I’d choose something a bit more subtle, something like this: Ballard Go Green Tote, $5.00.

Freida Pinto was in London at a photocall for her film, Miral, at the London Film Festival She looked very ladylike in a pencil skirt and sheer blouse. She jazzed it up a bit with some funky shoes.
The ladylike looks were very big in all the September Fall Fashion magazines, so she’s right on trend. You can get a similar look with this gathered neck sheer blouse from Malene Birger, Stephane Modern Snake Blouse, $188.10.
J. Crew has a lot of pencil skirts. This one, the Double Serge Pencil Skirt, $98 would look nice.
To make the look more interesting like Freida did, add a shoe that’s got a bit more pizzazz than your standard pump. These suede platform heels would be great! J. Crew Love-me-knot Suede Plaform Heels, $265. They’ve got a 4-1/8″ heel and are made in Italy.

Just to be comfortable you needn’t look like a bum. Courteney Cox proves this point at LAX, looking comfy yet cool in torn jeans, a tank top layered under a sheer top and sandals… oh, and the piece de resistance: a Vuitton suitcase!
Wouldn’t we all love to have one of the coveted Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas rolling suitcases! Oh, swoon! Here is the Vuitton Pegase 55, $2,490. It is a good medium size (21.6 x 15. 7 x 7.9). At 45.2 linear inches I think you can get away with it as a carry-on on most airlines. Most airlines limit the size to 45 linear inches, but I don’t think you’re going to be getting in trouble over 0.2 inches!! This is a totally classic bag that will last forever, so although hugely expensive, one could argue that it’s worth it!
James Perse makes great tank tops! This one is lightweight, so good for layering. James Perse Brushed Jersey Tank, $50.
Here’s a top similar to Courteney’s. It’s a striking color of blue and is detailed with knife pleats. Patterson J. Kincaid Faith Blouse, $118.
Pair with J. Crew Vintage Slim Jeans in Worn Wash, $98. Wear them down, not rolled up.
Throw on some leather sandals, grab your sunglasses and a coconut water and you’re ready to go!

Rachel Bilson is known for her boho chic look. She even has her own column in In Style Magazine called “Ask Rachel”! So it’s no wonder that even out running errands she looks great.
To get a look similar to Rachel’s casual chic ensemble, pair a black blazer with a tee, worn & torn skinny jeans, suede boots and a classic bag with a leather and chain strap.
A black blazer is pretty much a wardrobe essential, so if you’re going to splurge on something this is probably a good item to splurge on. Theory makes some great jackets that are a bit pricey but very well-made and will last a long time. Here is their Gabe Jacket, $375. If you don’t want to spend so much Express and Gap have some good lower priced options.
J. Crew is always a great source for basic tees, here is their Vintage Cotton V-Neck Tee, $29.50.
Designer denim can be SOOO expensive, Bluefly usually has some great deals. Here are a pair from James Jeans that are regularly $195 and are marked down to $104.99. James Jeans Geneva Stretch ‘Neo Beau’ Cropped Jeans.
Although I’m sure Rachel’s bag is Chanel (BAG ENVY!), most of us cannot afford to spend $2,000 + on a bag. There are many bags out there that have that Chanel-inspired look. Here is a very inexpensive one from Charlotte Russe: Handbag with Chain Strap, $18.50.
Although these lace-up boots are not quite the same color as Rachel’s they are suede and have a nice round toe. The price is quite reasonable too, Steve Madden Suede Platform Lace-Up Boot, $109.73.
